Great recipes for salsa lovers
I don't really care for salsa that much by itself but I have recipes that call for it and I like fresh better then store bought so I got this book and I am starting to change my mind about salsa.
Salsa is great on just about anything. Chips, chicken, pork, lamb, burritos, etc. I liked this recipe book because it has so many salsa recipes to choose from. I only wish it had more suggestions of which recipes go with what sort of other foods.
These little cookbooks put out by The Ultimate Guide are great! The fact that I have so many to refer to, or just get ideas for new favorites is awesome. I always look for them from Encore to get them free the first days they are released.
